Often I simply don’t know how to convey my apathy to certain comments whilst communicating over the Internet. In real life conversations I probably would replicate the trademark Partridge shrug of indifference. The need for this response in digital form has driven be to create animated GIFs of this magical moment, feel free to propagate it throughout the Internet.
